Each customer can receive cashback for a maximum of 3 orders per month.
Merchants only process missing order reports submitted within 50 days after the order date. If an order is not tracked within 7 days of placement, please submit a missing order report promptly.
Cashback may not be available for orders paid with gift cards or using unauthorized promo codes.
Orders identified by merchants as reseller/daigou/agent/distributor purchases are not eligible for cashback.
Orders involving cancellations, returns, exchanges, or price difference compensation, regardless of success, may not qualify for cashback.
