Orders placed between May 25, 2023, and June 8, 2023, may contain data discrepancies. Merchants will begin updating the correct data after June 8, and the final data shall be subject to the merchant's records.
Orders identified by the merchant as reseller/daigou/agent/distributor purchases are not eligible for rebates.
Purchases of gift cards or orders paid using gift cards are not eligible for rebates.
Using unauthorized promo codes may result in the inability to receive a rebate.
Orders involving cancellations, returns, exchanges, or price difference compensation, regardless of success, may not be eligible for rebates.
Missing order reports must be submitted within 25 days of the purchase date. The transaction amount reported must be the discounted product price, excluding shipping, taxes, and partially returned items; otherwise, the merchant may reject the report directly.
